Amis des robots, réjouissez-vous, la prometteuse adaptation du bien connu jeu paru chez FASA au début des années 80 est disponible depuis hier sur Mac et PC. Pour l’occasion voici un nouveau trailer accompagnant la sortie, et récapitulant l’essentiel. A savoir gérer et développer une compagnie de mercenaires se retrouvant en plein coeur d’une guerre civile interstellaire. Le tout au travers de nombreux combats en 3D et au fil de différents rebondissements scénaristiques.

Ce que les deux précédents trailers ci-après évoquent un peu plus en détail, confirmant que le jeu devrait comporter aussi un scénario digne de ce nom, soit plus que de simples batailles anonymes de robots égarés aux confins de l’univers. Sachant que le studio à la manoeuvre, Harebrained Schemes, a déjà à son actif d’avoir joliement ressucité il y a quelques années le RPG-tactique Shadowrun, c’est plutôt bon signe pour les amateurs de SF comme pour les connaisseurs du jeu d’origine.
