Les développeurs ramenés à la vie de GSC Games World ont finalement sorti l’opus revenant aux origines de la série commencée en 2001. Paru en septembre dernier, Cossacks III s’est avéré assez décevant pour des raisons techniques et de contenu (voir notre test) : en effet une partie des nations manquait à l’appel, et les campagnes étaient moins intéressantes que les campagnes originales.
Toutefois, comme promis initialement, du contenu additionnel pointe enfin le bout de son nez. Le DLC Days of Brilliance, sorti le 13 décembre promet ainsi une nouvelle campagne pour les Polonais, portant le nombre de campagne de cinq à six, ainsi que deux nouvelles nations, portant le tout à 14 nations, avec l’adjonction des Pays-Bas et du Danemark.
Ces deux nouvelles nations sont par ailleurs gratuites, et le prix demandé pour ce DLC ne concerne que la campagne et les nouvelles missions. Si ce DLC ne révolutionnera pas un jeu somme toute assez moyen, il reste à un prix de 3.99 euros assez abordable, mais pour une simple poignée de missions…
A noter enfin que depuis sa sortie le jeu a bénéficié de plusieurs mises à jour, voyez si besoin les annonces dans le forum officiel.
