Les russes d’HeroCraft ont annoncé hier le début de la bêta sur Steam de ce jeu permettant de jouer de petites batailles opposant un escadron du chapitre de Space Marines des Space Wolves aux Word Bearers, une légion de Space Marines du Chaos. Jeu tactique teinté de RPG qui mélange donc gestion de cartes à collectionner (ex : armement, compétences) et combats en tour par tour, et qui va bénéficier ici d’un gameplay et de graphismes améliorés, d’une nouvelle interface puis d’autres améliorations typiques des jeux sur PC.

February 17th 2017, Kaliningrad, Russia – HeroCraft is hyped to announce that card driven turn-based tactical combat game, Warhammer 40,000: Space Wolf, licensed by Games Workshop™, is now available on Steam Early Access.
Your tale is one of glory, sacrifice and bravery, Valgard Twice Slain, squad leader of the Space Wolves. Your Great Company’s Strike Cruiser was ambushed by the infamous Chaos Space Marines of the Word Bearers legion. The battle forced you to land on Kanak, a volcano-wracked feral world – a living hell inhabited by tribes of ruthless barbarians. However, you are not just a soldier but a son of Leman Russ, the Wolf King. You will emerge victorious – or die fighting for the Emperor!
HeroCraft announces today that Warhammer 40,000: Space Wolf is now available on Steam Early Access. Warhammer 40,000: Space Wolf is a turn-based tactical game with RPG elements where you play as the Space Wolf, Valgard Twice Slain, and his squad, castaways in a hostile planet in a battle against the fanatical and deadly Word Bearers –traitors in service for the Chaos Gods. The game is driven using collectible cards representing the arsenal of weapons and abilities of the Space Marines of the Space Wolves Chapter originating from the Feral World of Fenris. Warhammer 40,000: Space Wolf features epic campaign and PvP modes, with a survival mode in the pipeline.
The game was released on iOS for the first time in 2014, then half a year later on Android, with more than 3,5 million downloads in total. HeroCraft is very excited to bring the game with enhanced graphics, new GUI and controls and many other new features to PC players.

The Steam version of Warhammer 40,000: Space Wolf will be remastered especially for PC players and will include:
enhanced graphics with improved textures and materials
dynamic lighting
improved weapon effects and brand new weather effects
overhauled gameplay
completely redesigned GUI and controls
