Slitherine diffuse une bande-annonce pour accompagner la sortie aujourd’hui du troisième DLC pour le sympathique Sanctus Reach. Add-on qui ajoute donc une faction supplémentaire, les démoniaques forces du Chaos, qui débarquent sur Alaric Prime suite à une déchirure warpotemporelle causée par les ravages des Orks. Au menu une campagne de 16 missions dans laquelle les Space Wolves vont ainsi tâcher d’endiguer cette nouvelle déferlante, et en bonus une mission du coté des Orks, pour cadrer la situation de départ.
Les amateurs de batailles semi-aléatoires en mode escarmouche et / ou en mode multijoueurs apprécieront eux de pouvoir jouer ou affronter les séides de Khorne, Slaanesh, Nurgle et Tzeentch dans de nombreuses configurations variées.
Au passage sachez aussi que le jeu de base a bénéficié en mars dernier d’un important patch 1.18, mise à jour ayant changé le fonctionnement des combats au corps à corps en accentuant beaucoup l’impact du moral. Une des conséquences étant de redonner de l’efficacité à des grands nombres de petites unités se battant en mêlée.

Warhammer 40,000: Sanctus Reach – Horrors of the Warp is out!
It’s getting worse and worse for the Space Wolves on Alaric Prime… the Orks are defeated but there is a new, dangerous threat to face. The new expansion for Warhammer 40,000: Sactus Reach adds a new single player campaign in which Space Wolves will have to repel the tide of Chaos Daemons. Chaos Daemons themselves have been added as a new playable race in Skirmish, with loads of new units, abilities and types of weapons. It is a must-have for all Sanctus Reach fans, Get it now!
The release of Horrors of the Warp is accompanied by a new update for the base game, adding, among other things, localization to Russian language. Click here to read the full changelog.

1.1.8 Update and Combat Rework
Changelog:
• Changes to morale. All melee units now inflict morale damage in a radius around them as long as their morale is greater than 50 in Veteran and Grim Darkness difficulty.
• Low morale now reduces a units combat skill (the chance to hit and dodge in melee combat)
• Added tiles to the tactical display to visualize new morale loss from melee units system
• Tweaks to random army list unit selection in skirmish mode. Should provide more balanced lists with a more even distribution of unit types.
• Fixed Gorkanaut flamer getting infinite attacks
• Added missing strings for Legacy of the Weirdboy DLC
• Minor tweaks to AI to stop flamers targeting tanks as much
• Fixes to shaders and lighting tweaks
• Fixed Flight of the Morkanoughts mission not ending

• Changes to tournament scoring. Score is now out of 100 with 30% for winning, 30% for who has most victory location points, 40% for casualties.
